We recently changed electronic medical records systems and are excited about our new Phoenix Children’s Patient Portal! 

As of June 9, 2023, no new information from Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics will be sent to the My Health Record Patient Portal. Patient families will be able to view prior information in My Health Record Patient Portal through December 15, 2023, however, functions such as messaging providers, requesting refills, etc. will no longer be available.

At your next visit, a member of the Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics team will invite you to the new Phoenix Children’s Patient Portal. In the meantime, if you’d like to request an account, please contact our Health Information Management Team at 602-933-1490 or email patientportalsupport@phoenixchildrens.com.
